I'm currently conducting research for an Inbound Logistics article that will describe the mobile communications tools that trucking companies and motor carriers are using, and the benefits they get from those tools.
The article will also address how these tools benefit shippers – such as enabling visibility, improving on-time deliveries, and providing the opportunity to change plans if shipments are delayed.
